Mini KVODS is a new section of the company which is currently being set up.
This group will be for children aged 5 – 7 years old who would like to take part in a short musical once a year. Rehearsals will be held on Wednesday evenings from 6 – 6.30pm, with the children performing at Kingston Vale Village Hall.
All children will be expected to buy a Mini KVODS t-shirt and this should be worn with bottoms they are able to move freely in. They will also need black jazz shoes, preferably those without laces.
All children will be taught basic principles of singing, acting and dancing and adults working with them will be CRB checked.
The group will only have a maximum of 20 members at any one time, allowing for individual attention.
The aim of the group is to make friends, build confidence and learn the basic art of performing with a view to entering Young KVODS at the age of 8 years.
Membership will cost £10 a year which allows them to take part in the shows and receive invites to appropriate social events. There will also be a show fee, amount to be determined.
