How we named the cherubs in our emblem…

The KVODS “Coat of Arms” was designed by Roy Hill. Whilst the cherubs may look much like Roy’s twin grandaughters, we thought there should be a competition during the performances of Scrooge, by which our audience could suggest names for them. Amongst the entries were such gems as:
Tony & Cherie
Song & Dance
Hebe & Thebe
Pearl & Dean
Millie & Nam (Millennium…geddit?)
But there had to be a winner and at the KVODS pre-Christmas Carol evening in 1999 it was put to the vote. And the winner was…
FUN & LAUGHTER
…and what more fitting names could there be for the KVODS cherubs?
Many thanks to all who joined in the fun!
